Head Instructor

Sherif Zikri

I began my martials arts journey at 11 years old when I started Karate.  At the age of 16 I obtained my black belt but quickly wanted to add to the foundation I had built with something more practical and competitive.  After several years training & competing as a "white collar" boxer I then added the art of eight limbs to my skillset, training for several years in Muay Thai.  With the rise of MMA I quickly found myself in engulfed in the world of Jiu Jitsu, and never looked back.  To me this art encompasses everything I was looking for and I was truly obsessed with its effectiveness and the benefits it brought me on and off the mats

9 Years later I am still training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Andy Roberts BJJ, currently as a brown belt.  Sharing what this art has to offer is a genuine ambition of mine, so I have set up this academy as the first step in my journey.

I have 3 wonderful children of my own, & have significant experience when it comes to coaching children, whether it is football (go Bourne Blades), Rugby (go Farnham Rugby) or herding my own troops, I am passionate about helping children and adults reach their full potential.  Jiu Jitsu is my channel to do this.
